Each app is a folder and each company a subfolder. A document is fetched the moment you open it.

Invantive Drive shows the documents stored inside your business applications as folders and files in Windows Explorer, the way OneDrive and Google Drive show their own storage. Each app is a folder, each company or division a subfolder, and each kind of document a folder below that. A file takes no disk space until you open it, and is fetched from the app at that moment. Documents stay in the app that holds them. Your rights there are your rights in Explorer, and only an app that accepts uploads takes a changed file back. On a Mac, a tablet or a shared PC, the file browser in Invantive Cloud shows the same folders in your web browser.
