Work with your Brevo documents the way you work with any file

  • Every document of Brevo appears as a file in Windows Explorer, in a folder per company and per kind of document.
  • No disk space is used until you open a file; a folder with ten thousand invoices takes none.
  • Open a file in Word, Excel, your PDF reader or any other program, print it, or drag it into an email.
  • Search by name in Explorer, as you search any other folder.
  • Documents stay in Brevo; your rights there are your rights in Explorer, and every fetch is an ordinary Brevo request.
  • The Brevo folders are read-only, so nothing is changed or deleted by accident.
  • Also in your web browser on a Mac, a tablet or a shared PC, through the file browser in Invantive Cloud.
  • Works with your existing Brevo sign-in; Invantive Drive keeps no password of its own.

How Invantive Drive works

Install Invantive Drive on Windows and sign in with your Invantive Cloud account. A folder named Invantive Drive appears in Explorer with one folder per app, so Brevo becomes a folder with a subfolder per company and per kind of document. Explorer lists the names, dates and sizes; the content of a document is fetched from Brevo the moment you open it, and leaves no copy behind unless you choose to keep it offline. A cloud icon marks a file that is online only, a green check mark one that is kept on this device.

Where your Brevo documents stay

In Brevo. Invantive Drive shows them and does not copy or move them. You sign in with your own Brevo account and see the companies and documents you may see there. Only a file you open is fetched, and only a file you change is sent back, and only to an app that accepts uploads. Every fetch counts as a normal request to Brevo, visible per connection in the Invantive Drive window.

The file browser in Invantive Cloud shows the same Brevo folders and files in your web browser, on a Mac, a tablet or a shared PC: browse, preview and download. Adding and renaming files from the browser is on its way.
